Our guides are written to help you decide whether to seek care, not to tell you what's wrong or how to treat it. Here's the line between education and medical advice, and what to do in an emergency.

General education only

This page is for general education only and is not a diagnosis or a substitute for individual medical advice. That applies to the whole site, including the condition guides, the FAQ, and the Miami service-area pages.

No diagnosis or treatment recommendation

Nothing here tells you what you have or what to do about it. Two people with the same symptom can have different causes, and the same exercise or technique that helps one person may not suit another. Only an individual evaluation — where someone can see, move, and test you — can answer that.

Your decisions come from your physical therapist

Assessment and treatment decisions come from the licensed physical therapist who evaluates you, based on your history, your examination, and how you respond over time. If you already have a clinician, follow their guidance over anything on this site.

Seek urgent care for warning signs

Seek urgent medical care for emergency symptoms, and call 911 for a medical emergency. Each condition guide lists the warning signs that shouldn't wait — for example sudden severe headache, new bowel or bladder changes, progressive weakness, or an injury where you cannot bear weight.

No provider-patient relationship

Reading this site, downloading content, or submitting the booking form does not create a provider-patient relationship. Equora Wellness operates the membership program and the network; clinical care is delivered by independent licensed providers.

Sources and outcomes

Condition guides link to medical reference sources such as NIAMS, MedlinePlus, NCBI Bookshelf, PubMed, and PMC. They're listed so you can read further; they aren't an endorsement of this site, and they don't replace your own evaluation. Outcomes vary from person to person, and we don't promise results.

Insurance

A superbill can be provided to submit for insurance claims. We aren't a network provider for any health plan, and a superbill doesn't guarantee reimbursement.
