Do I need a referral to see an Equora physical therapist?

No. Equora offers direct access, so you can book an evaluation without a referral.

What happens at the first visit?

Your first visit is an Initial Evaluation that typically lasts 45–60 minutes. Your PT assesses the source of your pain or movement patterns, begins treatment, and gives you a home program.

How do I book?

Fill out the short booking form with your name, phone number, and preferred time of day — early morning, late morning, afternoon, or evening. We'll contact you to confirm your appointment.

What hours are visits available?

Visits are available daily from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Can I choose my physical therapist?

Yes. You choose from Equora's vetted network and can keep seeing the same PT.

Who are Equora's physical therapists?

Care is delivered by independent licensed providers who are vetted, insured, and background-checked before joining the network.

What techniques do Equora PTs use?

Depending on your evaluation, your PT may use cupping, IASTM, dry needling, soft tissue manipulation, or joint mobilization.

Cost, memberships, and superbills

How much does the first evaluation cost?

The Initial Evaluation is $200.

What is the pay-per-visit rate?

The pay-per-visit rate is $375. Memberships lower the cost of ongoing care.

How much are memberships?

Foundation is $149/month, Move $275/month, Active $499/month, and Performance $899/month. Annual billing saves 10%, and memberships have a 3-month minimum term.

Does Equora take insurance?

Equora is self-pay. A superbill can be provided to submit for insurance claims. Reimbursement depends on your plan.

Can I use an HSA?

Equora is HSA-friendly; a superbill is available for your records and claims.

What conditions can a PT evaluate?

Equora's guides cover back, neck, shoulder, knee, hip, elbow, and foot/ankle pain, headaches, soreness, and tightness. Your provider determines the right plan after an evaluation.
